Ashanti Douglas, also known as Ashanti and born in Glen Cove New York United States on the 13th of October, 1980. She is an American singer-songwriter and actress. Ja Rule's always punctual and Fat Jojo's What's Luv also featured her. The debut single Foolish contains a cover of DeBarge's 1983 song Stay with Me. The album that Ashanti self-titled, released on Irv's Murder Inc. in 2002 was Ashanti. The Declaration was Ashanti's fourth studio album that was which was released on June 3, 2008. The 16th of October Hey Baby (After the Club) was released to the radio and online outlets. She has acted in the films Christmas in the City as well as Army Wives. Aitch has sampled Rock wit U in his Baby on March 10, 2022 song.
